How do I book my party?

The absolute best way for you to book your party is by contacting us through email at xtheglassslippercompany@gmail.com or by using the form found on the "Book Now" page. This will ensure that all of your details are in writing, and we can get you the absolute best out of the party that you desire. Please allow a minimum of 48 business hours for us to respond.

When should I book my party?

In order to ensure that you get the date and time that you want for your event, we recommend that you book with us a minimum of 4-6 weeks in advance. We will do our absolute best to accommodate late bookings, but we will not always be able to guarantee the availability of a specific character or performer at that time.

How do I pay for my party?

At this time, we are able to accept payments in one of two ways: cash or e-transfer.

Do you require a deposit?

All events are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $50 in order to secure your chosen date and time. This will also secure your selected character for the day. The remaining balance is due to be paid 48 hours before your event is scheduled, through whatever payment method is easiest for you.

Are you willing to travel outside of Brantford for my party?

Absolutely! We are proud to serve Brantford and the whole of Brant County without any additional travel fees! Even if you're outside of Brant County, that's okay! To inquire into our travel fees for your location, please email us today!

How many children can I have at my party?

Our parties are generally based for a maximum of 15 children. More can be added, but we highly recommend inviting a second character to your party if there are more than 12 guests to ensure that everyone receives some personal attention from the characters. Numbers are needed a minimum of 48 hours in advance to ensure that everyone has a chance to participate in our activities. If you believe you will need more time or will need to adjust your event, please don't hesitate to contact us!

Should your party have more than our maximum number of guests and you do not wish to invite a second character, there will be an additional charge of $3/child applied to your bill.

Should I tip the performer?

Gratuities are not included in our package pricing, but if you feel that you are pleased with the services that you receive, please feel free to tip your performer!

Can I cancel/reschedule my party?

We are committed to doing our absolute best in order to help you in the event that you need to reschedule your party. However, if you are unable to reschedule your party within the next 60 days, your non-refundable deposit will be lost and another required in order to secure your party. Canceled events will lose their non-refundable deposit. 

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Events will then be rescheduled for a new date and time pending availability.

Do you offer services for anything other than birthday parties?

Absolutely! In an effort to provide the best customer service that we can, we are proud to offer ourselves for a number of other events and locations as well. Banquets, birthday parties, corporate events, Christmas events, community events, conventions, dinner dances, special events, festivals, fundraisers, grand openings, restaurant appearances, weddings and more!
