Our Policies

Booking Your Party

In order to secure your date and time, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit to be made. Upon receiving your completed booking form from our website, we will send you an invoice via email. Your deposit must be received within 48 hours or your time will be released to the next client. A deposit and completed booking form are required in order to complete your booking and see your party added to our calendar. Please note that we cannot accept bookings with less than 2 weeks notice.

COVID-19 Guidelines

We follow all mandates and directives that come from the Province of Ontario. This means that all gatherings and parties will be subject to current mask mandates and gathering limits. Our performers are all vaccinated, but will continue to wear masks for indoor parties and events in order to protect themselves and our guests. With the lifting of the mask mandate, guests are not required to wear them unless they would prefer to do so. However, we ask that anyone who is feeling unwell or displaying signs of sickness to please refrain from attending these celebrations to keep everyone, including our performers, safe and healthy.

Performers

We have an incredibly talented team of performers who have been trained to portray various characters on our roster. Due to personal schedules, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific performers for your parties or events. Rest assured, you will receive the same magical experience regardless of who attends.

Final Payments

All outstanding payments will be due 48 hours before our arrival at your party or event. This ensures that the magic stays in tact as our performers arrive and perform. Reminder emails will be sent prior to this time to confirm your upcoming party appearance. Payments not made prior to the day of the party will result in the characters being unable to attend.

Refunds and Cancellations

In the event that you need to cancel your event with us, your deposit is non-refundable. All other fees that have been paid up until that point will be refunded to you, should you choose not to reschedule. In the event that you choose to reschedule, we will apply your deposit to any available date within the next 90 days. In the highly unlikely event that we need to cancel your appearance, we will work with you to reschedule as quickly as possible within the next six months. We reserve the right to cancel your appearance in the event of performer injury, family death or inclement weather. 

Guest Behaviour and Safety

The safety of our performers and guests is absolutely vital. We require that an adult be in the room at all times, as we are not responsible for the behaviour of the children. In the event that our performer comes to feel unsafe due to verbal or physical situations, our Royal Attendant reserves the right to remove the performer from the premises before the completion of the party. We also reserve the right to refuse service or leave in the event that there is excessive drinking, the use of drugs or cannabis on the premises as some of our performers are negatively affected by this. The same applies if guests are unwilling to comply with our mask policy, as this is in place for the safety of our performers and other guests. Should we need to leave your party for any of these reasons, a refund will not be granted.

Weather and Outdoor Parties

While we love being able to entertain outside, but due to the high quality nature of our wigs and costumes as well as the safety of our performers, this is not always possible. In the event of rain, extreme heat or extreme cold, we require an indoor space where we can safely entertain you. Our performers cannot wear coats, gloves and hats to protect them in the cold as this could damage our costumes and wigs, and cold weather can affect their voices. In the event that temperatures drop below 10 degrees or surpass 25 degrees, we request that you move your party indoors.

Other Entertainment

Should you plan for any additional entertainment at your party (bouncy castle, pools, trampolines etc.) we ask that you please inform us of their presence prior to our arrival. This will allow our performers to plan their best performance with these other distractions around. Unfortunately, we are unable to appear with any other character entertainment companies in order to protect the magical integrity of our characters.

Gratuity

We do not include gratuity in our pricing, but if you believe that our performers have done a wonderful job we encourage you to share your appreciation with a tip. It will be evenly divided between our attending characters and royal attendant, and we ask that you please hand this to our royal attendant and not the character before they leave in order to keep the magic alive!
